I’m one of the original business and technology architects of e-business for IBM and CSC.  Incidentally, I’m also one of the evangelists and pioneers of today’s sale automation, wireless technologies, JAVA, Linux, as well as a subject matter expert in security, search engines, marketing strategies and applications (contributing publisher to over 150 online magazines, and mailing capabilities to over 8 million people).

9.      How can you take transactions (VISA, MC, Discover, American Express, etc.) without a regular Internet merchant account?  Similarly, how can you take checks on the web and print them yourself, so that your bank will accept them?

10.    What are the things you offer to your prospects that cost you nothing (except some time), but are the keys to creating value, trust, and instant sales…. Just like in person, or in your storefront?  (Where the most powerful ones are for small businesses placed?)

11.    Do your form emails reflect how you sell in your store or in person?

12.    Do you know what is the conversion rate of your newsletter readers for new or increased business?

13.    Can you apply your web site transactions on virtually any server?
